....what we experienced in Pasadena. Back home on Wednesday, back to work the last two days. Driving home tonight and 680 the fan is playing clips of some famous Munson calls and I can't help but get teary eyed over how awesome it would have been to hear him call that game. I think about my old roommate who passed away 18 mos ago from cancer and was the biggest dawg fan I knew and didn't get to see this moment at 43 years age.

It is all just surreal to reflect on.

It feels like looking out the window at night, while the outside is looking back in.

It might be a Pasadena hangover, but I agree....I can't help but feel a calm about this game.

After the game, security had to tell me to leave my seat in 7-L Monday night.

Still in CA. It's amazing how many people here are talking about the Rose Bowl. I think UGA made fans out of some left-coasters.

Once Bama won, I was feeling kinda bad about our matchup, b/c well they are BAMA.

After than initial moment of weakness, I started to look into it deeper and the closer it gets to game time, the more confident I'm feeling.

I don't think BAMA will get much offensive points on us, and if we can limit turnovers on offense then we have a great chance. We all know Pruitt likes to blitz, and we still haven't seen Chaney use a lot of screens or draws, but this would be the time to use them. Really the game plan we used in the SEC championship game is what we need to implement vs Bama. Swing passes out of the flats to the RBs, and quick short passes to negate the pass rush. Maybe use the draws and screen game more too? Then lull them in, and then use the play action over the top. I also hope we can run some tempo on them to keep them from subbing out, and try to wear them out for the 4th.

After a win like that I couldn’t help but to think it’s our destiny to win it all!

I’ve got too much Larry and Vince in my blood to feel confident.

Awesome post. "Surreal" is definitely the word. Everything has been a really awesome blur since the SECCG.
