They don't listen anyway so it's futile.
Last week for example, if anyone was paying attention, I brought up whether they were optional. JD responds with an answer, a page later responds to someone with a very similar question.
They're just not paying attention.

I put it in instructions this time. It says clearly what happens if o/u’s are ignored.
