What's the new name? I google maps to the same spot and it still has old name and a note saying permanently closed.

Starland Pizzeria and Pub
Looks like transmet but they dialed the full italian menu back to just pizza and sandwiches and rebranded to a less gay name, probably not a bad move.
Also, totally new owners.

I thought the former ownership was involved somehow. Maybe it’s that they not only sold the location but turned over some of the menu too
