I'm trying my best to not get my hopes up...

I really wanted the Heisman for Gurley and as a result UGA. If he returns sooner, rather than later I could see him still getting it.

But, not only that... if he returns I can only imagine he will be even more focused.

Thought this was going to be a special year for him (big stretch right?) by the way Gurley acted on Social media. And he was off to that until this hiccup.

I hope Gurley is back for our game!

He is a generational player and I'd love to tell my grandkids I saw todd gurley play in person. Sure it'll mean we get our arse kicked..but I'd still like to say I was there in person to see him do it.

I think he has already missed too much playing time to get serious consideration unless he just has phenomenal performances in the remainder of the season.

He missed one game, so far. Everyone knows he's the best player in the country. If he comes back for Arky and stays healthy, it's his.

Needless to say this is very good news. Hopefully this will all seem like just a bad dream soon. I think Gurley's suspension is yet another in a series of high profile cases that is raising public sentiment for college players and prompting legal action. I just hope we don't end up with professional football in college.

I just hope the NCAA doesn't do him like they did AJ Green and add more games after already being held out. Hopefully a answer is given by Wednesday.

AJ got the 4 games for the money amount being $1,000 right? He just happened to have already sat out 2 games or whatever so that was part of his 4.

If the NCAA decides Gurley gets 1, 2, or whatever number of games, Mizzou will count as the first. But they won't add additional ones to it (what I mean is if they give him a 2 game punishment, it starts with the Mizzou game and not the Arkansas game)

Until we get a passing game that can carry a bigger part of the load, we need as many healthy RB's as we can get for every game. If you're going to be one dimensional on offense, you better be dang good at that one dimension. Alabama wasn't yesterday and it nearly cost them a game.

23 of 29 for 170 yards and a TD is certainly not one dimensional.

Good thing is Mason is looking better now then at the beginning of the season. Hopefully if we get Gurley back, Mitchell can become a deep threat again. That pass to Bennett was sick.

This^^ i was surprised with the touch on that pass. Hopefully he will settle down and show what hes capable of from here on. The pressure of sitting four years and finally getting your shot has got to be so frickin unnerving.
