For the record, the accuser was a UGA student of all things. He was also 20 years old, which begs the question as to why he wasn't charged with underage drinking and making a false accusation/police report (I guess you could let him off on that one since I'm sure he THOUGHT Todd hit him). From what I make of this, the guy made the racial slur at Todd and another white guy punched him in defense of Gurley.
Good for him. I'd buy him a few rounds.

You would think that the self-proclaimed best journalism school in the United States would back-up what they say with something more than an " National Esquire/ World News Today" headline.

If it were me, I would be trying to find out who was the accuser, what lawyer he retained, what charges were conceded...

Yeah first thing I did as well. The only thing is that the GC on facebook is spelled "cooke" while the police report is "cook". Maybe he deleted his fb? But you're right, the GC on facebook looks like a total chode.
