Dan Jackson had a great game yesterday. Blocked that field goal and broke up a couple of passes. Put some pressure on the Auburn QB on a few blitzes.

He looks fast when he closes in on the ball.

Honestly, Dan looks like the only player on this team who gives 110% on every play even when he messes up.
I'll probably get disagreements but Malaki played better at the star position against clemson than he has at safety this season. Dude is getting tossed around, getting beat on runs and taking bad angles. Idk if javon and tykee being the db leaders at the time helped. But something is off with his game

He’s a natural safety, no?

The announcers gave us his life story and family tree yesterday during the middle of the game. That seemed pretty praiseworthy.

Dan Jackson is awesome. Chaz Chambliss and Xavier Truss, however, I dunno. I am surprised no one has beat these guys out.

I think we miss Javon massively. He was a great player and a great leader. He was a rock.

I think the leadership void in general is somewhat underrated this season. Javon, Tykee, Van Pran, JDJ, etc. We had a lot DGDs last year that kept us steady.

Chambliss is somehow ranked super high on PFF. Must be doing stuff we ain't seeing.

I think they’re trying to move Malaki around in more ways than we ever have. He’s always been a good ball in the air safety but he’s never had much “thump” in him. Needs to play with more attitude imho.

Who do we miss more - Bullard/Lassiter or Bowers/McConkey?

tbh honest I woulnd't mind toying around with Malaki at star and KJ/jackson at safety. Aguero has not really shined like expected and MSU seems like a nice breather of an opponent to work on something like that.

The other teams are always looking for him because he pressures the QB and the blockers has to look for him. Gives the other rushers a chance to get to the QB.

Chaz Chambliss and Xavier Truss,

These guys fall into the category of doing what Kirby has asked and not transferred out, thus getting too much playing time IMO
