That's what I meant by he's just reacting, not anticipating. He needs to throw receivers open. Instead he's waiting for separation before throwing but, by the time the ball gets there, the separation is gone.

True. I say that play was on Jake, but the play calling doesn't help. There isn't a single QB outside of Mike Vick or Lamar Jackson who would look good with a shitty scheme.

There aren't in defenders in the middle. It's open. Mix it up. Throwing everything to the outside isnt working
