He was a game manager who was mistaken as a top talent QB after his freshman year simply because he had the threat of Chubb and Michel and WRs that caught his inaccurate or under thrown passes. He did one thing consistently well and that was the back shoulder pass. And that is not a compliment. That pass was a go to because of his noodle arm. It’s really all he had as far as a “skill” goes. He was very smart and his pre snap reads were NFL caliber. Just physically vat a disadvantage.

I won't be one to say he's a top talent but the NFL just gave him over $3m guaranteed and was among only a handful of qb's to even get drafted.
128 ncaa starting qb's and 128 ncaa backup qb's.
Only 32 nfl starting qb's and 32 nfl backups.
Fromm made the short list.
To talk shite about him now is just ridiculous.

Who said he got a guaranteed contract?Sorry,a $3 million guaranteed contract for a 5th Rd draft pick might be the 1st in NFL history. 0 guaranteed per this link
