It stinks to lose good coaches, but on the plus side, we have become the Harvard MBA for up and coming coaches, so we have a good candidate pool to replace those that have earned better opportunities.

Good for him. He was a great recruiter and I'm sorry to see him leave.
Funny Fran Brown story. I was at Sakura in Five Points for my son's birthday. The other half of our table was Fran Brown, Will Muschamp, and a recruit & his family. Fran spent most of his time chatting up my wife until I got irritated and traded places with her. Apparently, I wasn't as interesting so he went back to pitching the recruit.
