2001 is tbe season I started really getting into UGA baseball. Those 01-08 years were so fricking fun, I'd love to recapture some of that magic again

I was there in the weeds in RF. It was outrageous. We tore down the stupid chain link fence they put out there. Maybe the finest individual single game performance I've ever seen.

I was on the first base side. After we stopped jumping up and down, we turned and saw y’all tore down the fence and started celebrating all over again.
There was one Coastal fan being really obnoxious the whole game. Kept turning in our direction and counting down the outs. After Kep broke his heart he turned around and started applauding us.
It was such a surreal moment.

Friend of mine from high school was a pitcher on that Coastal team. He wouldn't talk to me for 6 months after that, and I really didn't say anything to him he just knew I was huge UGA fan. He was devastated.
