Help back me up....
I think Oregon, K state, and Bama all get upet this week.
That would make us #2 behind ND. What ya'll think?

ND is the most likely to be upset before the season ends. If Klein s healthy, KS will finish unbeaten. Behind Bama, they might be the best coached team out there. They will not beat themselves. Oregon, I'm still on the fence with. Probably finish unbeaten and play Bama for the NC.

I agree with oldgraydawg on this one. I don't wish anyone to be hurt but if Klein can't go this week that may be the only chance of them being upset unless Texas really gets their minds d right I. The next few weeks. Oregon maybe in the next few weeks if state takes it to em or USCw gets a rematch. I'll be cheering for the Trojans for the rest of the season for sure and I think they will knock off the Irish.

All I know is this, UGA will be in the natty, I'm not sure who it will be against, but I think ND would be a good opponent, and would love to see us beat them down. Fwiw, I think all the undefeateds ahead of us lose before the natty.

Cal is without starting QB and WR, probably their two best players. Oregon rolls.

Kansas State wins if Klein plays, and loses if he doesn't. That simple. TCU is a decent team but nothing close to what they were in the Mountain West. The step up in competition on a weekly basis has gotten to them this season.

Boston College always gives Notre Dame problems and ended their undefeated seasons in 1993 and 2002 (both in South Bend), but they are so unbelievably awful this year that I don't think they'll be close. They can't run and they can't stop the run. ND will have a field day with them unless their QB Chase Rettig has the game of his life.

Saban has a great track record coming off the LSU game since he's been at Alabama, and his defenses eat running QBs for breakfast (see Robinson, Denard). Manziel is good, but still a freshman, and this will be his baptism under fire game.

You don't want Bama to lose. That's our natty hope. we beat a 12-0 Bama team in the SECCG and then we get the invite if not then their could be a shutout due to SEC biase.

You may be right, but I was thinking 3 of 4 ranked in front of us lose and we're in when we beat Bama.

While I don't think this scenario comes anywhere close to happening..if it did why wouldn't we be #2?

Yeah I saw, it just almost seemed like you were asking if that's where we'd be. Guess I misunderstood.

Unless I read it wrong that's the scenario he's describing and we would be #2

Ugh yes I know that's what he said, but the "help back me up" and "what do yall think" led me to believe he was asking if we would end up 2nd in that scenario.

I already said I misunderstood the intent in the OP.

FWIW I read it as if the OP was asking for confirmation that we would in fact be #2 if that scenario played out.

And I took your response as "no shite we'd be #2, numbnuts".

If that's what you were aiming for then you and I were on the same page.
