West Coast teams have something in common - a lack of stud D linemen.

Georgia's run and short pass offense could make for a long night for the Ducks.

Oregon looks back to their game at Ohio St last year as a gauge as to what they can be. But, Ohio St is not Georgia.

This inspired me to peak ahead at the opening week schedule. Pretty lackluster imo

I assume we are going to be the late game then.
No doubt dove opener will coincide with this date once they set it.
Should be a great weekend.

Just thinking about how awful our offense was against Clemson last year.

Might be worse than 42-10.
First time head coach.
Traveling cross country.
To play his former boss and players that he recruited and coached.
In a hostile environment that’s basically a home game for the defending national champs.
With a first year in his system QB.
Playing against a 24 year old 6th year veteran Qb playing with nothing to lose and lots of familiar targets around him.
Will Kirby have a similar to saban undefeated streak against former assistants ?

Good to see you back. I hope everything is going well for you.

Just to play devil's advocate.....
Oregon will come in pumped. If they keep it close early their confidence will grow and they could make a game of it.
Lanning knows our players well and knows their strengths and weaknesses, so he will game plan to our weaknesses.
Nix struggled when he got no OLine protection, but when he got time he could pick a defense apart, so a lot will depend on their OLine play, and we will have a lot of new people along our DLine.

I do personally believe we will win by 14-17 points, but will also be prepared to see a tighter game.
