If he is controlling the narrative with the recruits, it wont.
If he is not talking to the recruits, I'm sure it will be used against him.

It's Mullen's goofy arse, he's not controlling anything. Not to mention that other coaches will still use it as a negative against them.

I disagree. Players listen to him.
He is overrated, weird, and not a good fit for Florida. But he can talk to a kid and explain where he stands. Kids and their parents will understand that.
Quarterbacks especially believe what he has to say.

We'll just disagree. If people believe him then why has he not had great recruiting classes at UF? He's been repeatedly pantsed in the recruiting game by Kirby and others.
He may be able to convince his current commits but anyone who's thinking of committing may lose interest. Especially this close to NSD.

He doesnt work that hard at it. He's lazy. It isnt because kids dont believe him or want to listen to him.
Most of my Mullen knowledge is from Aaron Murray. He holds Mullen in the highest regard. It isnt the message that lacks from Mullen. It is the effort.
