Which is what made it that much harder to come on OUR board and congratulate us and our team. It would have been MUCH easier just to disappear for awhile.
It is also classy to be gracious and not rub it in their faces, but to congratulate them. You can be proud. We have reason to be. But there are reasons you don't run your mouth. Because quite often you have to eat your words.
It wasn't easy foor him to come on here and give us congratulations. remember, they were thinking they would contend for the SECC and possibly a National Title. (And they still might)
How hard would it have been for you to go to a Clemson board and congratulate them on their victory last week?

I understand what you are saying, but where are CNB and the others now? Knowing all the talk and pictures he posted...it would have been MUCH easier for him to hide out for a week or so. But HE manned up and congratulated him. Besides...how do YOU become classy? By cussing him and running him off, or by being forgiving and thanking him for his congratulations. Georgia fans can embrace the thug perception many have of us, or we can truly become a classy fan base like we like to envision ourselves.
However, you have your own opinion, and that's ok, too.

Hinesville et al...we don't need to get in the gutter with him. Don't be a sore winner. Smashmouth is part of the process--most of it good natured ribbing. However, it takes guts to smashmouth prior to and then come back, hat in hand, and be a good sport about losing. Thicken that skin. Part of being a true warrior is being honorable too. This was a true battle, it was not an easy win.
Great friggin game and Dawgs answered a lot of critics (and may have read a few rants about TEs and attacking the edge--who'd have thunk it). Marshall validated what a lot of us were saying. Too bad he got knocked out of the game.
Mike Davis is a stud and USCe still scares me. They won't be missing Lattimore much. Shaw looked good as well. Had the sun not been in the right place at the right time, might have been a different turnout. Cheers Cocky
