I thought it was “those” instead of “these” which is why I thought an O was missing.

In a real fight, a pack of wolves would rip all the meat out of the shell of a nesting terrapin and rip the head off and the alpha would carry it back to the den to gnaw on.

Yes. You’d think they’d do it other way around though. Losing coach gets the mayo bath instead

I watched a little of the Oregon replay on ESPNU waiting for mayonnaise bowl to start. 1) I forgot how many targeting penalties and other vicious hits Stet took, and he popped right back up every time. And 2) man I hope tomorrow night we can conjure up the same energy we had last time we were in that building. Forgot how unbelievably solid this team looked across the board in that game

Dukes has planted dipshits in the crowd that are randomly chugging jars of mayonnaise. ESPN cameras know just where to find them to get the viral clips filmed so they can be shot into cyberspace to be shared and giggled over while subliminally getting people to buy their condiment.

This bowl branding crap has gone too far. I don’t want to listen to commentators talk about mayo for 4 hrs.

How do you chug mayonaise?

I can't think of a nastier condiment to eat straight out of the tub like that.

I'm that way with ketchup. It's just nasty. It's like tomato-flavored candy syrup with a vinegar bite. Id rather eat mayo than ketchup. Bonus is that mayo doesn't stain my wife-beater like ketchup and mustard do.

My unpopular opinion on condiments is this: if the thing you are eating needs to absolutely smothered in a condiment then you don't actually like that thing you're eating in the first place. But that begs the question "what is a condiment" which is kind of subjective.

A fried fish sandwich with lettuce and tomato can be a little dry without some mayo or roumelade. Or tar tar sauce. There's no fat content in the fish. You must condiment with something.

That's exactly my point though. Fried fish sucks by itself.

I'd throw that game on purpose to avoid a mayo bath. That sounds disgusting.

Depends on the fish.

Most fish are oily.
Omega 3 rich.

I think the determining factor is how it’s cooked.

One of my favorite meals at home is salmon cooked in the air fryer. Spray some olive oil on it so the outside gets a little crispy. Then when it’s done, all I add is some black pepper then slice up a lemon and squeeze some juice on each bite. That’s it and it’s perfection.

Fried is a different story though. Fish n chips, you’re gonna need some malt vinegar. Fried catfish or brim, you’re gonna need some tarter sauce or that guthrie’s style sauce

Perfectly fried, meticulously cleaned and dressed, fresh flounder needs no condiment. Doesn't even need lemon if you do it right.
