Hope they wave the transfer rule given the injury and situation, at least give him a red shirt for this year.

I hope things work out well for Eason. Just for selfish reasons, I want to see more Eason action on TV.

Wish him well. What happened to his spot this year had nothing to do with him and it very well could have been him leading us in the natty.

Hope to see him in the NFL soon

If official, good luck to him. Wish him all the best for coming to UGA even with CMR heading to Miami. It had to be tough for him to watch Fromm take over the reins this season.

I'm sure it was tough, but the kid handled it as well as anyone could. Guaranteed that if he balls out the next few years, NFL teams will look at the way he handled this year as evidence that he is a leader and a high character kid. Will root for him at UW, even though I think Petersen is a weird dude. Haha

Nothing is official.

This is just rumors.

Eason is just as likely to stay, redshirt, graduate early, and transfer unrestricted with two more years of eligibility. Like Lambert did when he came to UGA.

Well, he can sit out here or sit out at Washington. He has to sit out either way.

If he sits out here, he can work scout team against our 1's which will develop him for the NFL better than anything he can do at Washington, get his degree at a great school, for free, and stay with his friends and team mates that he has bonded with.

Or he can go sit out in Washington, with a bunch of strangers, doing nothing for his career, lots of credits probably not transferring, and Momma nearby to bring him cookies on the weekends.

It's official now.

"Thank you UGA for an incredible two years. The memories and relationships I have made will truly last a lifetime. I will miss suiting up in red and black, but Athens will always be a place I can call home. -Skinnyqb"
