I like Freeman as a change of pace back

I think he's gonna explode next season. He's a good, tough runner and has good hands out of the backfield. Need to find another guy to split carries with him but he's gonna be a good one.

Best thing for us next year is for SJAX going down in preseason. Something IR worthy.

I can't pull for Jackson to get injured. You can never have too much RB depth in the NFL considering the beating those guys take. Jackson still runs hard and is really good in pass protection. I would like to see Jackson still get 5-10 carries a game and give Freeman the rest, with Antone Smith getting a few touches a game. I don't think Quizz gets resigned.

Quinn maybe, but really, take this great defense full of great players and don't screw it up. Plus Carroll is a defensive coach. Shanahan, definitive no. I see no reason for that hire.

If I could hire one person from Seattle, I think it would be the GM.

I wouldn't be too down on Shanahan.

Read this article about Shanahan's zone blocking scheme and what he's done with lesser talent.

I've always been partial to the PUP list.

The only problem with this is that if he goes down in week two or three of the pre season most of the high end free agents and undrafted rookies will already be rostered and we will have to wait for them to cut from their current teams.

If there is a scenario where Jackson is no longer on the team the best case would be to cut him before OTA's so the front office can have the most opportunities to workout as many potential RB's as possible.
