No... he missed 40 he’d throw by half a yard and his receiver didn’t give maximal effort.
Definitely wasn’t a perfect throw. But it’s not an easy throw to make by any means.

It wasn't a perfect throw, no. But when you throw it 40+ yards, it's tough to blame Fromm for being two inches off when it hit the hand of the WR.
