Ending the season with a faceplant does tend to temper the positive feelings for the stuff that went right beforehand, unfortunately.

Only time will tell, but I'm afraid that game might've set Georgia basketball back for years. Win that game and then at least give Michigan a good game, and it might've been enough to rally enough booster support and bring the roster back next year mostly intact. But now instead of being ready to cut checks, our boosters are probably ready to cancel checks.

That game sucked, but winning 21 games and 2 in a row to the tourney is not erased by it. We won some wild games this year and competed. My only expectations past that were that we could get so momentum and go on a run. I think the opposite happened in the last 2 games. Certainly took some shine off the season.
