All-Richt team people that would start in 2021

Was looking for a bookmark and came across a "what is your all-richt team" thread from 10 years ago. With it being 2012 it obviously left off the last few years of his tenure so there's that. I'm going to copy and paste what I originally wrote but edit to include multiple people at each position to include guys that also seemed to get a lot of votes in the thread. I'm also going to throw in guys that hwould be auto-bids if this was done after richt's full tenure (namely adding Gurley since he wouldn't have made this in 2012). Which brings us to the question in the title....how many of these guys that were the best of the best through Richt's first 12 years would have started for our title winning season in 2021?
QB- Shockley/Greene/Stafford/Murray [recent add on]
RB- Knowshon/Gurley [recent add on]
FB- Haynes
TE- Ben Watson/Leonard Pope
WR- AJ Green
WR- Terrence Edwards
OT- Jon Stinchcomb
OT- Trinton Sturdivant
OG- Max Jean-Gilles
OG- Clint Boling
C- Ben Jones/David Andrews [recent add on]
DE- Pollack
DE- Marcus Howard/Charles Johnson
DT- Jonathan Sullivan/Jon Jenkins
DT- Kedrick Golston
OLB- Jarvis/ Leonard Floyd [late add]
OLB- Boss / Justin Houston [late add]
MLB- Odell
CB- Paul Oliver/Tim Jennins
CB- Demario Minter/Brandon Boykin
S- Thomas Davis
S- Sean Jones/Greg Blue
Thoughts:
-Obviously FB isn't used anymore so take that out
-Not to incite a riot but I think Stetson would probably not make the cut considering the other choices
-A Richt RB would start over zamir or kenny. Cook is a wildcard in that we didn't really have that kind of weapon under Richt so Cook would certainly have a place in the offense but not as a #1 back.
-WR gotta go Richt era pretty easily
-TE is probably the biggest "no doubt about it" in the exercise. Obviously for Brock.
-OL is a toughie and honestly I can't really decide. Might have to come back to that
-Defense will be a bit tough up the middle because of the difference in 4-3 vs 3-4
-Pollack has to have a spot, he's just got to. I'm taking the rest of the '21 DL in whatever form or fashion though.
-At ILB Nakobe has gotta be there. So do I take Tindall/Quay or Odell? The game is so wildly different now but I'm probably leaning Odell.
-At OLB I've always had a soft spot for Boss and Jarvis was a monster. I gotta belive Nolan has a spot so are we replacing Adam Anderson with one of those guys? I can't decide.
-At corner it's hard to decide. I'd probably take either Oliver or Jennings over Kendrcik at first glance but then I think Kendrick was nails all year and didn't really falter so I don't want to bench him. Oliver completely and utterly shutting down Calvin Johnson two years in a row has to give him a spot though.
-Thomas Davis is definitely taking a safety spot. Here's the question though. If he takes it from Dan Jackson, do I take Cine or Sean Jones? That's a close one. If TD takes Cine's spot, then Sean Jones definitely takes Dan Jacksons.
It's really a testament to Kirby's recruiting that ~12 years' worth of roster spots is such a close call compared to a single season's roster for kirby. Offense understandably leans more richt while defense probably tends to lean a bit towards kirby since those are their specialties.

Its the main thing, our goal is to keep the main thing, the main thing.
Richt had a lot of superstars for sure.

Jon Jenkins, just no.
And who on your linebacker list puts Travon Walker, the #1 overall draft pick, on the bench?

I’d say richt had better RBs than Kirby so far bc you left off :
Chubb Sony and pre knee injury Keith Marshall.

It would be Pollack at 4i and 5 tech.

No Brainers
Gurley over Zeus
AJ Green over AD Mitchell
Jalen Carter at FB over verron Haynes
Warren McClendon over Sturdivant
Jordan Davis at nose over sullivan/Jenkins
Devonte Wyatt at DT over Golston
Jarvis Jones over Anderson/Nolan/Beal
Ringo over Minter/Boykin
There are others that shade 1 direction, but I'm sure strong arguments can be conjured to make it not so obvious.

At the risk of coming off as a prick, I did do an all-Richt thread after he stepped down in ‘15:
LINK
May help with your question about an updated list
As to your main question:
Gurley
AJ Green
Stinchcomb
Pollack or Jarvis Jones over Beal
Any of those safeties over Christopher Smith or Dan Jackson

People acting like Quayvon Hicks never existed.

He made some big plays for us but he was absolutely clueless whenever he was the lead blocker.

He had a bad arse facemask though

Yeah. Cine is good enough to make a case. Not Chris Smith (Dirty Dan was came in on dime/nickel as the safety. I don't consider him a starter at safety even though that was his spot)

You missed Deandre Baker at DB and Roquan at LB, and Chubb and Michel at RB. Richt brought them in.

I love Pollack as well, but I don’t think he’d start - he’d play and rotate a bunch, but probably not start
Stetson is a stud, and a gamer - but I think Greene would be the man followed by Shockley with an injury

If we are talking about a legit FB...I'm taking Brannan Southerland or JT Wall over Verron Haynes for Richt's all time list. Southerland was a human battering ram and JT was a bull.

For my all Richt team, I’d put Ogletree in at MLB.
I think Murray or Shockley would’ve started over Bennett last season. Both Moreno am Gurley would’ve been in front of White and Cook.

I think people have forgotten how good he was… and that 02 defense was legit AF.

I could see arguments for Jones and arguments for Cine. That's a tough one.
