School me....what does HOLD mean? Never seen that.
I think he's projecting how strong the players "hold" is or will be on the position... that's my guess anyway...

It'll probably be similar to the Stafford/JTIII situation. CMR tends to play the most senior, deserving QB unless underperforming. He started JTIII when Stafford came in as a true freshman.

Well, that's what I thought, too. But I was also there every game in 2006 and that shitty night game against UT where JTIII finally got pulled. Major difference here is Ramsey will have a full year of starting under his belt when Eason comes in. If CMR sticks with his "play the senior first at all costs", we're not getting that year back....Eason will be gone in three, one way or the other. Kid's got way too much talent. And I would say he's equally as touted as Stafford. I recall the hype around Stafford well, and Eason may have more at this point.

Where is Maxey on the fullback chart? He was the starter as a freshman this season and he's not even third team?

I thought Pyke was gone and Mayes was a juco, thought he was out of eligibility as well?

QB ??? I'm not sold on Ramsey. We haven't seen Park because he's a redshirt, you aren't supposed to see them. Word on the street is he has as good a better shot than Ramsey. And don't count out Bauta. Some of you may not remember, so I'll remind you. When Murray tore his ACL, Mason was in the headphones with Bobo in the booth and doing all the communication. When Mason went in the game, Bauta was the man in the headphones.

Tailback- Nick Chubb/Sony Michel safe bets, but Turman and Marshall if healthy are great backs. Ron Carson is supposed to be the bee's knees too.

Neither Trent Thompson nor Lamont will jump Mayes for starting nose tackle. I think they are both worthy of rotation time though.

Jake Ganus might be thrown in the mix at MLB.

The bowl game showed us that Parrish is going to be a starter, IMO.

TEs should get more involved. Curious to see how he uses Hicks.

Brice Ramsey's bowl performance makes me think the disparity bewteen Park and Ramsey is now a little smaller, especially with a new QB coach.

Hopefully surprise recruits jump on board late and mix things up.

so Houston is definitely back? I had not heard the decision...

and i'm not so sure Ramsey is the heir apparent. i'll be anxious to see what CBS can do with these guys. I've heard Park has been described as Favre-like as a gunslinger. When he's on he's $$...when he's not he's the other team's best player.

meh, won't bother... after reading some of his interactions with others on here, he's not thought very highly of anyway.

I think Ramsey was going to certainly be Bobo's QB, but with a new offense and OC, it's going to be anybody's to take.

I wouldn't be surprised to see either of them starting and also see some Bautasaurus packages

sorry, i don't have any "stones".

seriously, if you guys still question my gender, if any of you come to Augusta for the Masters, let me know what day and I'll meet you somewhere (even if it's not a day we go).

OR... my husband and I will be at the Heritage the following weekend. We go pretty much every year. We're taking our 4 year old son this time. We think he's old enough to where he won't cause too much noise or distraction.

With a new OC that QB battle and center battle will be the most interesting to me during the offseason. I think Ramsey steps up and holds on to the spot but Park will push him to compete. Also I had the Rams TE Cook on my fantasy league and Schotty used him a lot but he couldn't catch a freaking thing sometimes. So I think the TEs will stay productive under the new regime

It's a moot point now, but why were you so sure Ramsey was going to be the guy before Bobo left?

Seems like how it's been for a while. Also, he was always first in to sub. JMO

This spring & summer is gonna be interesting. This will be the 1st year in CMR's 15 where there's prolly gonna be a true QB battle...

Quincy Carter was never gonna be the guy after CMR got here...
Hours after a meeting with new head football coach Mark Richt, Georgia junior quarterback Quincy Carter elected to forego his final season and declare himself eligible for April's NFL draft.

Greene....

DJ Shockley was a no brainer...

JTIII started & Cox hemmed & hawed around but everyone Knew Stafford was the man...

Cox was a placeholder while Murray RS'ed to get healthy...

Murray...

Mason... never an doubt tho some could make a case...

Ramsey/Park/Bauta... If Bobo was here it'd be Bryce, but with a new QB coach, this one could be wide open...
