0-0 looks like a dumbbell
5 reps means you're going high weight/low reps.
Answer: You're looking for strength and mass gains and not worried about muscle stamina or definition.

Alright, I can't tell if I made a bad A Puzzle... or if the interest in A Puzzle has died or what... I feel like there are enough clues out there to get close to the answer, but I'll give one more before taking this out behind The Barn and shooting it.
