Definitely trending up. 7 foot wing span and tougher than shite.

Sad to see him go, but it will help Georgia's chances of having at least one first round pick. Right now it's 8 years in a row.

Jahzhere Jackson started the season as the second string left tackle. What happened after that, I have no idea.

I feel like they threw Jah out there hoping he’d turn into a shark and quickly realized he wasn’t.

He didn't play high school football. Who knows?

Georgia has continued to add to its 2026 roster via the transfer portal, this time landing Oklahoma defensive back Gentry Williams.

Per DN

Former 5 star and seemed to be a pretty good player.

Was a really good player. Season ending injury early in 24. Got passed by healthier players this year. Still may be some production left in the tank with a change of scenery and becoming fully healthy.

I thought we’ve been there and done that with Ernest at LT and came away from it knowing he is way more suited for RT or guard. Seems like it will have to be Juan at LT? Am I off base there?

Quality offensive tackles are the hardest to get in the portal, because there's a scarcity and they get paid out the wazoo by their current team.

When there is one available, it turns into a bidding war. The #1 tackle in the portal this year, the Peek kid from Valdosta, is at the very top of the wish list for about 20 different fanbases wishlist right now, including Bama fans, who are starving for offensive linemen.

Our secondary is going to be disgustingly good next year. We lost Aguero (which tbh is totally meh to me) but this guy plus Robinson and Jones at CB and our safety’s should be lethal too even if we lack depth there. Hope the starters stay healthy.

I’d feel comfortable with Juan dropping a few more pounds and playing LT and Greene at RT. However I’m highly concerned who comes in for them if they get hurt.

This is why HS OL are so critical. No school has the money to reliably buy an effective OL in the portal.

I think it was Josh pate who I saw put forth the idea big teams should look at older full offensive line units in g5 or even fcs who have played multiple seasons together already and buy them as a unit.

This would obviously not be simple and likely not always an option but it’s not a bad idea if you can.

I can’t imagine that there are more than 1 or 2 group of five OLs good enough to make that a reasonable strategy for teams trying to be CFP contenders.
