It is just a colossal offensive choke job. A 1-2 game slump at the plate is understandable. This complete 180 over 4 games with everything on the line sours the entire season and makes it seem that we feasted on uninspired pitching efforts. It’s like Texas and Oklahoma figured out the sweet spot is to just throw 92-94 mph fastballs about belt high. Completely illogical but somehow it has managed to shut us down.
