One of life's great simple pleasures is reading the tiger rant when LSU is not doing well. The last 48 hours have been absolute comedy gold over there, especially since we've mostly throttled them the majority of both games. If you have some time, just peruse the last couple pages of threads on there and you'll see some gems. Some of the highlights that I can recall offhand from their in-game threads and just other threads in general:

-UGA is using electronic sign stealing [yes, this was a serious post]
-Foley field dimensions are much shorter than everywhere else that's why they hit so many home runs
-Wes johnson cheats and is a prick and nobody ever liked him when he was at LSU
-why is uga celebrating the SEC championship like they just won the CWS?
-regular season sec titles are meaningless these days, it's embarrassing watching them celebrate like they just won something important
-uga fans' chants and celebrations are gayer than A&M
-it's busch league bullshite that uga turns the lights off when our coach goes to the pitcher's mound
-turf fields are ugly and stupid and shouldn't exist in the southeast

Yeah they are a funny bunch. Respect the passion though. I don't think I would have it in me to be that big of a bitch after back to back Natty's.

They are 100% right on the last item, too.

They're a miserable bunch even when things DO go well for them. They rub their program success into others' faces as if they had anything to do with it. They live vicariously through other athletes, primarily folks they would never invite to their dinner table. Quite the insecurities over there in Louisiana, but if all you have to live for is through other athletes and demanding them to perform at a level as if its the coliseum, I want nothing to do with 'em.

It is.

Absolute arse kicking and we did to them what we failed to do to Florida back in 2023 and basically eliminated them from the postseason. Idk how far this team will ultimately go but they’re playing extremely confident right now and that’s a very dangerous thing to be with this much offensive talent.

Also, so help me god I think we have a 3rd starter in Aoki

Bes I can tell, we just set it today at 21. We won 20 games in 01 and 08 when we also won the conference.

All time most games we’ve ever won was 51 in 1990 and 47 in 2008. We are 6 away from matching the 2008 mark

It doesn't matter, no. Only question that remains now for UGA is if RPI will be allowed to affect seeding, It shouldn't but then don't tell that to the college baseball reddit or twitter where RPI means everything...
