Wade Register, top punter committed. There’s some Special Teams site that apparently has him as 5* but 247 has no ranking and On3 doesn’t list him as a commit. He is a scholarship player according to another site.

It's not the same thrill signing those highly rated recruits these days. Too many get paid way more than they deserve as a freshman and then leave for a bigger paycheck before ever contributing.
