Top of the 5th:
LePlante with a 2 out single. Anderson gets hit with the first pitch. Wild pitch then moves the runners to 2nd and 3d. Conner Tate draws a walk to load the bases. Condon then flies out to end the inning. Runners stranded on 2d and 3d.
Dawgs 6-2.

Finley walks the first batter. 2nd batter bunts and Finley's late getting to the bag. Owl runners at 1st and 2nd, no outs. Next batter pops up, and the runners advance. Finley strikes out the next batter looking on a full count. Next runner with a deep infield hit scores one with runners now at the corners, 2 out. Finley stops the bleeding getting a ground out to end the inning.
Dawgs lead 6-3.

One out walk to Murillo. Fielders choice gets Murillo at second. 2 outs with a man on first. LePlante steals second, but it doesn't matter as Anderson strikes out swinging.

Rhadans strikes out the first. Second batter puts one into the left field corner for a double. The next batter gets him in. 6-4 Georgia and a new pitcher as Marsh replaces Rhadans with no outs and a runner on 1st.
Gets the next two on strikeouts looking. Then he walks the third. Men on 1st and 2nd, 2 out. Marsh strikes the next one out swinging.

Owls pitcher gets 5th straight strike out against Collins. Gonzo hits a blooper and the 2nd baseman makes an amazing run, reach and grab to save the base hit. 2 outs. Wagner flies out to center. Dawgs go down in order.

I somehow missed an inning.
Bottom of the ninth, Caldwell in to close the game for Georgia, leading 6-4.
Walks the first batter on five pitches. Gets a called strike 3 on the second batter. Wild pitch sends the runner to second. Full count walk puts runners on 1st and 2d.
Kennesaw State can now walk off Georgia with one swing, something they've never done.
Next batter sends one deep to center, but not deep enough. 2 outs.
Full count called strike 3.
Georgia survives at Kennesaw 6-4.

Doesn’t take long or a Masters Degree in EVERYTHING to know Scott Strickland is a sorry excuse for a coach. Again… Mike White has somewhat of an excuse, but if he can’t get support from our AD, thus players won’t come. That equals dead man walking.

Condon says "frick you wind" and hits a solo lead off homer (his 11th I believe).
Collins hits a 3-1 pitch into the left field corner for a double.
Harber finds a hole between 2nd and third. Runners at the corners, no outs.
Wagner gets hit on the back arm on a bunt attempt. Called strike. Stricklin is pissed and calls for a challenge. Easy review - hit by pitch. Bases now loaded with no outs.
Gonzalez hits an easy one to third. Force at home. One out, bases still loaded.
