Seemed like last year he was a high leverage guy, but you’re right, this year he has been anything but. Really mental with him this year.

It’s like all he wants to hit are things down and away so he can pull hard down the line. Like, dude, change your approach and just get on fricking base. Any pitcher worth their salt is going to bait you into a swing and miss with something tailing way out of the zone or they’re going to induce that easy ground all while hugging the line… because they know that’s your entire approach

That’s pretty appropriate. Their cheap shot to right center drifts out of the park, Gonzo’s cheap shot to right center dies right at the wall with runners on base.
