Well fellas, wish I could call it a good hear but this was an abject disappointment too to bottom. Lame duck season next year and then maybe we actually will decide to take this sport seriously

I have no clue why we pulled Wagner for this. He’s not close. When he is close, it’s belt high, middle of the plate.

Woods has the yips. Dude comes in rattled and breathing heavy and overthrows every game. He is stuck in his own head but we throw him because occasionally his talent takes over

This pitcher for UNC, Pry, has thrown 11 straight breaking balls. Never seen anything like that.

Unfortunately, McAllister chased all bad breaking balls and strikes out swinging to leave runners on 1st and 3rd against a Guy we shoulda clobbered

It’s amazing to me that he could swing at that shite after watching the dude throw nothing but breaking balls into the zone…you have to know those are going to break into the dirt. Just a pathetic at bat when we needed it the most

You’re right. Outside of Gowen, he’s our most talented arm in the pen. We were always going to live and die with Woods at some point in this regional. The way it fell, he had to be the first guy out of the pen today.
