Tying run to the plate is Spikes who is PHing and has struck out in half his at-bats this season and much lower OBP than Gonzalez.
Meh, not a horrible loss for a mid week game. Got some good reps from 7 pitchers. I just can’t stand losing to Tech at anything.
Onward to Auburn this weekend at home. 3 would be great. Would be nice to see a good outing from our 3rd pitcher too

For once, offense actually did it’s job. 8 hits and only 5 LOB
Pitching though was downright shitty. 10 Walks, 2 HBP, 1 Wild Pitch, 1 Passed Ball. Tech stranded 13 and still scored 7.
Officially 40 games in and we still don’t know what this team is actually good or bad at.
