Waiting to hear from same guy who knows that he want. I think it is TBD. Coley could leave on his own but Kirby likes his recruiting prowess and will retain him. Pittman was not happy with playcalling and was looking to leave early. Hence why he reached out to Arkansas many weeks ago.
If Coley leaves, it could change everything. If he stays, I think Luke gets the nod.

Well it would be nice to have a different play caller next year. He did about as bad as you can with this amount of talent.

Would Luke being play caller be that much of an improvement? I never saw his Duke offenses and I didn't think he called plays while at Ole Miss.

I am not pro-Coley but I would like to think if we made a change it would be something more dramatic than Matt Luke

This is complete garbage.If he was "looking to leave" he wouldn't have been the 3rd choice for a bottom dweller west
team.He coulda had numerous OC offers from
high profile schools that were making changes.
His name woulda been floated out in the press...that's what agents do.

I did read in a couple of articles that he had reached out several times to try and get the Arkansas job. I don't know which ones, but I know I did read it in a couple of places.

Yea but I am not sure I'd equate him floating his own name for a HC job at a place he loves the same as he was looking for a way out. Any school would hire him on as an OL or OC/OL.

This is very true. But I've heard a few rumors that are similar to the whole Richt/Pruitt saga that went down. Not saying it is true, but it has been floated around a few times that Coley and Pittman got into it with each other after the SC game.

Pittboss likes Coley as a person but they didn’t see eye to eye on playcalling. This should be no surprise since Pittman and Chaney are tight. Yes I have this from someone very close to the situation.

I consider it all a rumor that is possibly believable. It doesn't really matter in the grand scheme of things at this point.....unless Coley really does get moved around.
