Not necessarily. Everyone has an extra year of eligibility.
I’d like to see us hold on to Kier and Garcia for an extra year. Maybe Horne. Starks and MacMillan can walk.

I’m hoping we can get a solid big transfer to play the 5. If not maybe Baker will be ready as a freshman. If not, I guess we will roll with Camara at the 5 again with Horne or Garcia (if they come back) at the 4.

Yes... JUCO or Grad will be the route. We are also in the top 3 for a 5 Star PF/C out of Arizona. We’ll see. Are you new to UGA basketball?

I’m so tired of the JUCOs. I’d rather get a 2-star freshman and hope he can develop than Mikal Starks.

Agreed - we don’t seem to get many impact transfers. Just solid guys who could be the guy wherever they were

The kesslers were close to fox not crean. Fox played an absolute waste of space for multiple years that had no business on a d1 scholarship all in the hope we might get walker. The family heard our fambase trash his loser arse for years which probably didn't help. We're probably the only other place that would play him given his abilities. Now exit fox to another gig and consider walker is actually talented with offers from every program in america and it's not rocket science to see why he didn't come here. Just because his uncle was great for us a few decades ago doesn't mean they are obligated to force walker to come here too. Anyone blaming that on crean just has an axe to grind.

That lane violation was the perfect cherry on top to this year. Loved the fight they showed at least.

Not a terrible year overall. Thought we were headed for a 3-15 season in conference play, and so did the media. It was looking that way after the 0-4 start.
I just wish we could’ve avoided the embarrassment of those blowout losses to SC (x2), Arkansas, State, and Bama,
Certainly some fun points in the season too
- Game winner over Kentucky
- Beating Mizzou
- Beating Auburn
- Beating LSU
- Wheeler’s triple double

Damn, yeah that guy holds no punches on Crean. Hard to argue against it too. Hopefully he has a special year in him next year. Just need a big and another shooter I think
