Looks like FSU is closing in on Owen Pappoe, Jashawn Sheffield and Jaylen McCollough, all 5 stars out of Georgia.

They got a commit from the kid of the handler for the true 19 group, so FSU is definitely going to be a player for a lot of those guys.

Speaking of the FSU/handler connection, another '19 kid from that group committed. Ronald Thompkins from Grayson HS pledged there today.

2019 is going to be all about FSU and LSU...might have 2 of the highest scores ever. They will both have a TON of top 50 players.

Kenyon Jackson 6'5 WR out of Grayson just committed to LSU...he was a pretty big target for us in next years class

He's currently unranked on most recruiting sites but he will end up being a 4* recruit of higher

With Haselwood on board, and things looking good for Blaylock, I think the Dawgs will be okay.

I'll be pleasantly surprised if we get anybody from Grayson in '19. KW was on twitter over the weekend blasting UGA for not offering some WR who ran a halfway decent 40 time at Kirby's camp.

Our stud #1 WR Commit for '19, Jadon Haselwood is putting on a SHOW at the Rivals 5* Challenge. He catches everything thrown his way and manages to run crisp routes that leave the DBs in the dust. He and Nolan Smith in the class of 2019 are going to be insanely good. If anyone wants to check the vids out look up Jake Reuse, Radi Nabulsi, Chad Simmons, and Trent Smallwood on twitter. They have loads of good short videos of UGA commits in action and prospects as well.

Rusty and Kipp from 247 jus put in CBS for Jones and Pappoe to Clemson...if we don't win this year Kirby won't make it past 2019 with all these GA kids wanting to go elsewhere

Pappoe was never coming to UGA. It's always been FSU and now Clemson.
Jones to Clemson makes sense, especially if Salyer and Hill decide to stay in state. Jones doesn't want to ride the bench for 3 years.
As for Kirby? He signed the best class ever last year. The 2018 class is off to a slow start, but it's crazy to call him out for the '19 class. We have 2 five stars already and are in pretty good shape with others. Yes, Pappoe, Sheffield, and a few other top rated in state prospects more than likely won't be at UGA, but you need to go scream at a certain Grayson coach.

Not crazy at all to be more than a little nervous...As I plainly stated he will be in trouble IF we don't win this year...Especially with all the Grayson kids and 7v7 kids being led to other programs by handlers...as far as Pappoe is concerned it wasn't long ago that Rusty, Kipp, and lots of other's were reporting that he was a UGA lean so I don't know how you figure he was never coming here
Also I realize we signed the best recruiting class in our history but if we strike out in recruiting this year it will be crippling in a few years...if we miss on the top guys next year as well...you tell me what would happen
it takes more than 1 GREAT class to build what Kirby is expected to build here, winning this season will go a long way towards righting the ship and not only getting in state ELITe talent but also those ELITE OOS kids, and yes I realize we are probably getting Zeus, but it takes more than 1 or 2 elite level players in EVERY class to build a program
