Works fine for me. If it comes up click on middle. Mine started automatically, but mine is still working. Just a table with hats on it right now. Nobody sitting at the table.

Does it not show negative number for the time stamp with the number counting up and it also says "was live" below the feed?
Maybe we have different links we are looking at if not.

Yeah... it shows as "was live" and you can click all the way to the end. Perhaps they figured out a way to drop it behind their paywall?

You're looking at an old feed, player
You can drag the slider forward, which tells you its an old recording. Unless you are able to make time move faster
