So far we have two guaranteed 5 stars committed for 2019. Nolan Smith would be the #1 player in GA if he didn't go to IMG. Guys are gonna want to play with him and Haslewood. As long as we can win and backup what these guys are saying about UGA then we will get the guys we want.

White, Salyer and Hill are heavy leans. If we get those guys on board I can see us flipping a couple who is at the top of the board.

It would be great if we could have a true DT guy and not someone who runs and passes equally poorly.

Jake Rowe responded to a post on 247, saying he wouldn't be surprised if Brenton Cox ends up at UGA in the end. It was a response to another post but it shows that even the recruitniks think it's not over. Get Ezzard on board and I think the Dawgs are very much in it for Cox.

Quay Walker just bumped us out of his top 5.

I figure he goes to the Barn with Bryant and his former Coach so not a huge development.

I counted him out of this class the moment Bryant signed with the Barn.

Thats his way of saying UGA bumped him out of our OLB board.

Based on Coley and Mel Tucker's tweets tonight I think we're on commit watch.

Just based on their tweets or based on something else? Looks like they were just running with the Dark Knight edits from what I can tell. I don't personally want to get my hopes up

What's the consensus on the early signing period that passed (Dec 20-22). Good? Bad? Won't make much of a difference?

I thinks it's good in a way that you can get guys inked so you no longer have to worry about flips but also takes away our chance for last minute flips

It's dumb. Just coaches legislating less work for themselves at the expense of teenagers having more time to make the biggest decision of their lives to date.
