Why? We've figured he was gone for a couple of weeks.
In essence, we traded Brown for Rochester and Marshall. Not a bad trade, actually. If we get Brown, so much the better.
Losing the staff hurt in some ways. We lost several recruits, but Smart probably solidified Hardman and possibly Robertson. I think we addressed several glaring weaknesses and did pretty good. We are exactly where we honestly thought we would be...and, if anything could possibly do better than we thought.

It was a miracle that we were in the top 2 to begin with, I know it sucks to come up short but people gotta realize we have a top 10 class (top 5 in the SEC) and we fired our HC in December.

I felt more optimistic than most on him. Kirby had been courting him since he was in 9th grade. I also fell for the troll job with him in all the UGA gear.
