Doesn't mean anything. It just says he has a DC and Buck doesn't know but he is hopeful it is Mel Tucker. If it is then I'm wrong.

I feel pretty confident he has a DC. Whether it's Tucker or not, I don't know. But there is a reason it hasn't been made public yet, and that's because the DC is still coaching right now.

Just posting it in thread, not trying to prove you right or wrong.

They are putting together a great offensive staff. There will be a ton of ideas flowing in the meeting rooms with the likes of Pittman, Chaney, and Coley. It would be something if they got another person with play calling experience at a high level to coach RB's.

Not that he was being considered for us at all, but LSU just got a massive upgrade from Steele to Dave Aranda from Wisconsin. They owe Auburn a fricking cheeseburger or something...

I don't think much of Steele. But how is the guy from Wisconsin an improvement?

#2 Scoring Defense
#3 Total Defense
Could argue that this is due to a soft B1G, but also played Bama and USC in their bowl games.
He's probably considered the best DC outside of the SEC currently.

If LSU could only hire a quarterback

True Story. And this time we don't have a spare rapist to throw their way.

I've just stated that it will not be X, Y, or Z.
I agree. X, Y and Z are out. So are the other odd consonants such as Q, W and V. U is also eliminated as being an odd vowel but not as bad as Y which can switch from vowel to consonant seemingly at will which re-enforces your opinion.
My money in on the remaining vowels or some of the more traditional consonants such as D, S and T. H is a long shot IMO.

No, a lot of decisions have been made and could be announced in the next couple of days but wouldn't be surprising if they don't get announced until the day after the National Championship game.

Wisconsin will probably give him a call as well.

There have been a few interviews past two days

USCe already announced him so I'd imagine he agreed to it and probably signed something or else they wouldn't have commented. Or were you referring to something else? I'm sure i'm like most people and just ready for the coaches to be set already.
