Talkin to recruits via social networks is NOT a violation. I did it with last years class and there was no problem. Coach Richt has NEVER said not to, he always asks fans "to do there part".

That's not doing your part. You're part is to support the team, go to games, and stuff like that. Richt most definitely does not want recruits to be bothered by strangers on Facebook.
