I think Mo Adams will go to Clemson or UGA. The Barn will have an outside shot with Gardener. I think we are still a major player though since we are getting an official. I feel pretty confident about Toby Johnson and Laremy Tunsil. I don't see us getting Foster or Kamara. I think Foster picks Auburn and Kamara makes the big mistake of picking BAMA. I also don't think we get Crowder or Thomas. I really think Thomas picks The U and Crowder picks Clemson. Hopefully, Bellamy leaves FSU for UGA. I think we have a great shot. Who to you guys see us closing with?

Think you're correct on all but Kamara and Foster. Not saying they pick GA, but it would seem that we would be the team to beat for both. However, I feel like Foster is damaged goods. Do we really want a guy playing for us knowing we were his 3rd choice? Not to mention the tattoo. Gona take a hellofa coverup for that one.

If we dont get Adams I see Coaches making a push to get Kelsey Griffin to flip if he haven't faxed his papers in and I feel he would if UGA give him a public apology

If Griffin considers himself a man, no way he comes to GA. He won't get a public apology either. Just embarrasses the program and himself. He probably has it in his mind that going to SC gives him the best shot at getting even.

With Foster, we aren't really a third choice. Alabama, AU, and UGA were kind of tied. With Griffin, it's his grades that may not qualify.

Foster is a wildcard. He is a kid I wouldn't be confident about until will get the LOI regardless of what is said. I have never had a good gut feeling about Kamara being in Athens. I hope I am wrong.

The thing about Kamara that concerns me is that if he's truly sold on the program, why didn't he commit back in September when he was planning on making a decision? Granted, he went out of his way to clear the air on the commit to Bama rumors, on his Twitter account, but I'm not thrilled about that one still being up in the air.

I agree with you 100%. He is also a top priority for BAMA. I think Lacey will go to the NFL, and they will really step up their efforts. I think they sent him 100 letters.

I keep telling everyone on this board, Kamara is leaning toward Oregon

Griffin is not coming here. I've talked to people very close to the situation and let's just say, he is not happy with how dirty we did him. No way in hell he comes here.

He committed to us and then we said "Yeah, about that..."

Garner and staff told him from the get go he has a spot as long as he wants it, an open ended invitation with no end date. We said if/when he ever wanted to commit, we'd gladly take him.

So he announced to the public he was going to commit then called the coaches and said he'd take our scholarship. We then told him we couldn't because we had people higher on our board and didn't have room for him anymore. I know people very close to the situation in Griffin and they said he was very, very upset (and understandably so) at us and he went from being all Dawg and loving all things UGA to despising us.

Completely agree. Kamara's skill set fits Oregon's offense perfectly. Not sure he's big enough to run our pro style anyway. Would love to have him, but it doesn't seem like it will happen.

Happy to have joined the board, fellas. Seem like there is a higher form of intelligence here than on the AJC recruiting thread. Breath of fresh air.

No sooner did you post that; 247sports reports that it is down to Bama and UGA for him. He will not visit Oregon.

Griffin goes to my High School (Mill Creek). I actually played football with him back in middle school. I talked to him about UGA a couple weeks back and he said that he isn't coming to UGA and that hes 100% committed to USC. I'd be more worried about his work effort than his grades though, He was always a guy you had to push to get him to where hes at.

Apparently, Kamara attended the game in Miami. With Lacy leaving, it is starting to look like a slam dunk for the Tide. I think we save Kamara's spot for a 2014 guy.
I hope Malcome doesn't quit again or transfer. We will only have 4 scholarship tailbacks next year with Turman coming aboard when/if we miss on Kamara.

Auburn 247 site saying that AU has given up their pursuit of Toby Johnson. Should be good for UGA.
