Rumor is that FSU is more than willing to shell out the $$$ for Tunsil...

Also, if Mustafaa does end up committing to Tech, we could end up offering Uriah LeMay's teammate Peter Kalambayi. 6'2" 230 lb and runs the 40 in the 4.5-4.6 range. We'll be jumping in late but LeMay looks like he'll turn out to be a pretty damn good recruiter and he's already trying to get North to join him.

auburn thinking they will get Tray . Tray is too smart to go there and be coached down by Martinez. If any good DBs end up in auburn they will be garbage by the time they see the field with Martinez coaching them.

That guy reminds me of 95% of the Alabama fans around a month ago. Anything is possible in recruiting. I wish it weren't in some cases, but it is, and sometimes it fricking sucks.

I just know Martinez is a terrible coach and if a db wants any future at all in this sport then they wont play for him.

Martinez worked very well under BVG. We aren't worried, but thanks for your not so expert opinion.

No he didn't. Our dbs were always out of position. They played way off of wrs, they couldn't press and they couldn't tackle but thanks for letting me know about the team I have watched my entire life and the coach that I watched suck for 9 years. Hiring Martinez was dumb.....it was so dumb all the Georgia fans joked about him ending up there when it looked like OU was going to fire him.

You're in the minority when it comes to all the Georgia fans I've talked with. Again, thanks for your not so expert opinion. Maybe I should relay this info to Gene Chizik and BVG. Apparently, they don't know what they're doing.

Then you apparently have not talked to many but again thanks for letting me know about all the fans, friends and family I grew up with in Georgia because I am fairly sure I know a lot more Georgia fans than you, just like I know more about UGA and Willie Martinez than you. I am going to laugh my arse off this next year when you all get Willied and have one of the worst secondaries in all of college football. Teams are going to burn you guys passing all year.

Like the 7 DBs he had drafted at UGA from 2001 thru 2005? Or the 3 he sent in the draft in 2006 alone?

Since Grantham has been the DC, UGA has had 2 DBs drafted over the previous 3 draft classes. And if you don't want to count 2010, then that leaves only 1 DB drafted over the past 2 classes.

Just for proof....how many UGA fans on here ever thought Martinez was a good coach and his secondaries had a clue or could tackle?

First off Grantham has had 2 classes. Now tell me 1 DBs name that was good or is currently good that trained under Martinez. Maybe Jennings. You can live on talent for awhile. Where is Blue, where is Allen and where is Oliver. Hell Reshad was one of the top players in the country coming out of HS. What did he do at UGA. Ever heard of Bryan Evans? He went to the NFL too. Ask UGA fans about him. You guys know shite about UGA football or their players.

Enough of them on here to know that Willie Martinez and BVG together make a great combination. That's all that matters. Besides, stating all the shite you keep posting doesn't mean anything since we've been horrible against the pass since 2009. Willie Martinez and BVG are much better than anything we've been able to send out on the practice field to coach the Auburn players. If you want the true definition of a horrible coach, watch Ted Roof's defenses.

Vance Cuff and Brandon Boykin are the only 2 DBs to graduate (Nick Williams, Jordan Love, and Jakar Hamilton all transferred, Quentin Banks had to quit due to an injury) since Grantham has taken over. Rambo, Commings, B. Smith, and Shawn Williams will likely all go in the draft after this season.

Martinez had great safeties at UGA but technique at corner was terrible, we just usually always had superb athletes to make up for that.

Exactly but they know so much about Georgia let them just keep telling us about our team.

Our DBs can't get any worse. There is only room for improvement.

I wouldn't exactly call Blue and Reshad great. Both could put a hit on guys but both also were out of position constantly, neither could cover and both were burned more than a few times.

Keep thinking that. You guys were what? #45 pass defense last year. Well OU thought the same thing when they were #51 till Martinez took over and took them to #83.

Don't worry, we are going to relay this important info to Gene Chizik and BVG. We should definitely take this message board poster's word over one coach with a National Championship ring and another that's coached in the NFL.
