Howdy!

So are we sticking with Adidas?
With all the teams that are leaving Adidas why wouldn't we stick with them, with now Michigan leaving them, Adidas is going to paying a ton of money to schools who stick with them. I think we'd get a big check if we went to Nike but I think we'll get an even bigger one staying with Adidas.

I just hope we keep the all black with maroon accents. I'm also a big fan of the all white, as long as its all the normal white jerseys and not the chrome.

Who did you play for? How does one get distracted by clothing unless were talking lack there of on a hottie?
Texas A&M. I think it is a subtle distraction. It becomes too much of the conversation in the locker room. I think there is a subtle effect to the eye when you're not familiar with the look. Not a big deal. Just sayin.

I'll take your word on it.
Why didn't I know we had a former player on here so I wouldn't be such an a-hole? I blame the rest of the Ark.

Who the world changed my title? The intent of the thread was to discuss uniforms with the added perspective of my favorites being the 39 throwbacks. Why the change?
eta
just changed title and some content of first post. Still don't understand what was wrong with the first version of the title.

I think we just signed for 8 years with them.

I've heard a few rumors, but no one come out and say the we did it or not. I would imagine with UM gone, adidas would break the bank to keep us.

We're not Adidas top target. We need to get with the times and drop these kraut fricks and join with team Nike. They make better gear, with better marketing and better appeal to the chilren

We may not be their top target, but we're probably in the top tier. We won't be for Nike. Personally I like UA for myself better than Nike or adidas. I won't wear shoes made by any of the 3. However adidas isn't all that different than Nike IMO. Both have their hits and misses.

I'm not sure who changed the title, it wasn't me. I had no problem with the original.

adidas did the 7on7 state tourney kids right. I'm going to see if I can find those socks.

So Meat Chicken got paid.

Michigan revealed the details of its new all-sports apparel contract with Nike on Wednesday, per MLive.com, a contract that will pay it a record $169 million through 2027. The Wolverines will receive $80.2 million in apparel over the life of the deal and $76.8 million in cash.
After an initial "signing bonus" of $12 million, Michigan will receive between $10.1 million and $10.9 million per season -- the richest apparel contract in college athletics.
