Well, anyone but Rick Perry. Obviously. But there were plenty of better choices than some no-name teenybopper group.
This is how it always goes for A&M. We get Gameday. Awesome! Is the guest picker going to be an Aggie? No, but it's going to be a musical group. Sweet! Is it the Rolling Stones? No, it's The Cocksmokers, no one has ever heard of them. Well, shite.

Von Miller has a game the next day. Rick Perry is worse than nobody. Lyle Lovett has done it already and is the definition of underwhelming. Nobody knows who Dude Perfect is. Roland Martin might be the only suggestion worse than Rick Perry and also nobody knows who he is.
When you eliminate Von Miller we have dont really have anyone relevant, which is fine. I do wish they'd picked an unassociated hot female like they did for Ole Miss but it isn't a big deal

I don't want points. I am right though, by your own admission. Dude Perfect isn't MEGA famous, but they're pretty popular, unlike The Cocksmokers.
I live in central Austin. I own a house 5 min from UT. I have been to ACL a zillion times. Do you know how many people have told me that they are looking forward to "The Chainsmokers" at ACL? ZERO. No one. Not one person. This is a bunch of nobodies.
And it's not a very nice day either. Its way too hot. We got one week of fall and then it got hot again. Sick of it.
