the whole NCAA meeting debacle really fricked with him i guess. from his most recent manziel update that he made sure he got out first

How could this be right? He's either getting suspended for several games or he's playing because they can't prove it. I mean I would be pumped if that was true, but I doubt it

exactly. How is this even possible? Has the NCAA ever in its history suspended a player for a partial game?
Think WCA is dead-on. Looch is trying to get in front of this story and jumping on the first thing he hears Rovell style.

Yeah even if its the full game that would be fine. I'm pretty sure we could line up RSJ at QB and run the read option and still beat Rice handily. I'd like Manziel to have a tune up game before Bama though

I'll give him this. That sort of makes sense. But then it opens up a goddamn pandora's box on every NCAA athlete that has memorabilia for sale. We know Clowney signed stuff for a broker for instance as there are pictures.
Can the NCAA really suspend Manziel for signing stuff knowing they would be sold and ignore other players? It's a rather dubious ruling and basically leaves the NCAA the option of suspending anyone at any time just by trolling Ebay or Amazon.

i think i had every single right to be skeptical when looch is the first to report something, right after he talked down to people about how the NCAA meeting hadnt happened, and especially when the suspension of one half of a game is absolutely ridiculous. so yea, at the time this thread was made, i had every single right to be skeptical of the validity of what looch was reporting. considering he whiffs on a lot of shite
