Alright, so today’s ESPN article on Elko is a long form read. But it certainly puts BAS on display, front and center.
And getting the 11:00 am time slot vs the toughest Rd 1 matchup has many Aggies feeling like we got screwed on that one. But Elko’s point is that old stuff doesn’t apply to today. This group can still win, and they’ve proved that they can win in clutch moments.
So if Elko and the boys can secure a victory, it will go a long way to stuffing that old BAS feeling in a lockbox.

Yeah, you guys are right. I just got pissed because I thought he was making shite up and wouldn’t even take his own advice and prove himself wrong, but even if he honestly thought all that, I shouldn’t have reacted the way I did. I watched the game. Based on very passive observation, a few guys stood out (Craver, Horton, Gregory, Morrow, Byard, Arrington, Mikhail, Murray). Owens looked bad (or was it the line) and was clearly outplayed by Morrow.
And no missed FGs by either kicker!! Even had a 53 yarder by Murray.
Of course, the big news was Sanford getting hurt. Hated seeing him go down and get carted off with an air cast!
