Really, one, I think. Harris is the only real flip danger. But I feel pretty good about him, too.

So is it Evans or EJ? I honestly don't know

I think it's Evans, plus one (or two if we don't send a LOI to Jefferson).
Evans, Spiller, and Achane are going to make a pretty deadly group out of the backfield next year. Evans is going to need to get coached up a LOT this spring, so hopefully that ACT went well.

The crystal ball fellas are still @ 92% A&M. You normally see quite a bit of jostling of CB picks this close to an NSD on a recruit looking to flip. I've been through thick & thin with A&M recruiting. Jimbo seems to be the best at keeping recruits in the fold. We will see.

Supposedly A&M was to talk with Jefferson's school coaches today. I have no idea what I think there. Hold onto Jefferson to solidify long-term recruiting advantages (maybe), or process him for a player like Cooper
I mean, everyone in the SEC does it

Is Navasota even a good program anymore? I know it can piss off coaches at other schools as well or coaches there can move elsewhere so it’s not a vacuum. I just don’t think he’s close to being an SEC level player. I’m kind of surprised this wasn’t handled a while ago honestly but we will see
On a positive note keeping Morris is enormous. Hopefully keep Harris as well

They're alright.
And their coach is a great dude.

LSU is the 247Sports Crystal Ball favorite for five-star running back Zachary Evans, and if that’s the true pulse, Texas A&M is in the thick of it making it very interesting going into his Under Armour Game announcement. Running back is a major priority for the Aggies to close this cycle, as they sit No. 5 in the team rankings

Wiltfong just said he thinks Harris sticks

And sounds like we are gaining some momentum for smith again

Who are we projecting to finish with at this point?

Current commits + (EJ or Evans) + (Jackson or Cooper or Van Pran or that stud QB whose name I can't remember) - (Kenneth Phillips is greyshirting).
If we don't send Jefferson a LOI, then we can add one, but it's looking like we are signing him.

Is Jackson the dt from Mississippi?
Also who’s the stud qb? Hornsby?

Sometimes I don’t understand why a player such as Jefferson would want to come to A&M. He’s going to have trouble ever cracking the 2-deep. Go to SMU. Get play time.

Sometimes I wonder why accept a commitment from a guy that can't get on the field.

Because jimbo didn't accept his commitment

He was offered after his freshmen year by A&M and LSU both (under Miles and Sumlin), and then never developed further.
