What's our season outlook like for 2025? Will we be better or worse? Our schedule is theoretically tougher because our hardest opponents (Texas, LSU, Missouri?) are on the road. Also, what is a bigger area of concern - WRs or secondary? How do we feel about Reed going forward?

QB+OC combo is the biggest concern imo. Gotta fix one part of that (or both)

2nd biggest is our soft as defense not being able to tackle or move the LOS. I think Elko will fix it eventually, but it should not have been that bad this year.

2025 is where we will really see if Elko is the man for the job. This year was an easy schedule and next year is basically just flipping the hardest teams, on paper anyways, from home to away.

If we put up another 7-5, 8-4 type of season (which is very possible), I’ll start to have some concerns about this regime.

Biggest issues to fix for 2025 in order: (1) better play calling at OC. (2) Better receivers who can get separation and block downfield. (3) Better secondary.

Plenty more to work on, but those are the biggest needs right now.

I think better is the expectation

Some people struggle with the concept that this was a rebuilding year, but that’s exactly what it was

We should see progress next year, hopefully a nine or 10 win regular season

With the portal now a days there is zero chance to look ahead and figure out next year imo, check back in after spring practice. There will be several transfer out, some surprises I'm sure. Got to focus on getting the right guys in, means just a much as recruiting does now.

Not sure if I'm on the right post.... we shite the bed in all 4 losses. The offense did operate in rythmn at times which wasn't happening w Jimbo. There is a ton of room for improvement, and w a tougher schedule next yr we will need the improvement. Also tackling..... good grief.

Georgia, Oregon n sips along w others all graduate more than us this yr...... the fewer texags interviews the better and let's believe in Moffitt!!
