I guess that depends on what you view as corruption.

I lose all respect for anybody who advocates the deaths of 400,000 people. I don't care who they are or what their so called political leanings are, straight up murdering people is wrong.

Is there a chance Rubio would win if literally everybody else dropped out and backed him against Trump? GOP has to go all in to stop the Trump train, and Mitt Romney's bitch arse speech isn't enough.

Trump would probably just tell his voters to not show up in November and tank that

So you feel that way about Harry Truman and the use of the Atomic Bombs in Japan? The death toll of each was about 400,000 apiece.

Yeah the 2nd bomb was uncessary and overkill but unfortunately in war, war crimes are committed by the losers and not the winners.

And dropping a bomb in times of war is a bit different than rounding up your own citizens and straight up murdering them.

I bet by November we will have Trump running as an independent, Sanders as the Green Party candidate, Clinton for the Democrats, and a sacrificial lamb running for the GOP.

Trump Republican, Clinton Democrat
Gary Johnson pulls in a whopping 2% (compared to 1% last election) due to how pissed everyone is over their choices (of course, most just stay home). Clinton wins in a landslide.

Even AFTER the second bomb was dropped and Japans government was going to surrender, the military attempted a coup to stop it

Even the Japanese say that the Soviets declaring war on them had more to do with their surrender than the bombs did.

Because the Japanese had been trying to attain a more favorable peace treaty with the US through the soviets. Once we dropped our bombs and the soviets declared war, they realized they had no choice

They also assumed we could only have 1 or 2 bombs left after the first.

Cruz and Rubio both handily defeat Trump in hypothetical two man races. That's why everyone has been trying to get down them vs. Trump.

We are going to have to agree to disagree on the role the atomic bombs played in Japan's surrender but I will say the majority of the military leaders during that time, including Eisenhower, Nimitz, Chief of Staff Leahy, and commander of strategic air operations against Japan Major General Curtis LeMay were against the use of the atomic bomb.

The bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki will always be one of the most controversial military operations ever conducted and it will be debated about until the end of time.

Once again, John Kasich was the only adult at the debate tonight, which means he has absolutely no chance of winning.
