I say start Bertolet. On the shortest of leashes.

He's been a great kicker. If he's going to graduate and try the NFL/CFL so be it. I'll root for him forever.
Bertolet has been a great kicker, also. Meaning SINCE he was removed from "point" duty and relegated to "position" duty explicitly. I have nothing against him personally. He's had two years to mature. I say start him next year (on a short leash albeit). I'm willing to bet $20 that he'll quiet his critics.
