My little brother (who was a walk on his first two years at A&M and never saw the field) and I were talking about that just today. For all the big business that CFB has become and will continue to be, there's something to be said for the players (and it's the overwhelming majority) who are genuinely just proud to wear their school's colors. It's cliche and easy for Ags at this point to say in light of recent events, but I really would rather suit up players who consider playing for my alma mater a privilege.

Kyle Allen was/is really, really good. He made some special throws look easy.

But Hubenak looked impressive when he was in there as well. He has a strong arm and looks like he can handle himself under pressure. Poised.
