How long is the leash on whoever starts this weekend? If at halftime we have shown nothing on offense, do we make a change or ride it out?

It depends on who it is and how bad it is.

If it's Allen and he picks up where he left off, he needs to have a short leash. Murray or Hubenak need to have a longer one, but we shouldn't let either of them throw 22 straight incomplete passes.

If it's Allen short leash
If it's KM or JH they get a half unless they are putrid
If both KM and JH are putrid then it's CK in the wildcat

Speedy was a QB

So we've got an ace in the hole right?

SCAR's defense kinda sucks. We can probably move the ball on handoffs and zone reads alone.

Well, I'd hope everyone here agrees with that as well. I think the only reason we saw it last week was because the coaches thought they could avoid the Kyler questions but that blew up in their faces. That makes me question if not looking bad was more important to them than winning the game.

I don't expect us to lose, but things can get out of hand.

SCAR is unpredictable. It is a possibility if we stumble out of the gate and they come out with nothing to lose. If they were going to beat us this is a good time for them to get us.

Murray or hubenak and I'm giving them the next three games. Allen I'm giving him a quarter.

And if they all fail I'm putting speedy in, lord knows he isn't playing receiver.

There's no risk. The season is already decided. We are NOT going to Atlanta, so the pressure is off. Give them each a quarter, or give Kyler a half, then Hoobastank a half.

It's crazy that two games in a row I've had to ask myself, "Has that ever happened before?" If they pick Kyle, they HAVE to put him on a short leash. If either of the other two then they should get the full game if they aren't total disasters, a half if they stink it up as badly as Kyle has.

We shouldn't EVER allow that to happen.

The reason they let that go on vs. Ole Miss is because they wanted to be able to say "SEE HOW BAD ALLEN IS" and feel like they have full cover when they change to Murray or the 'Stank.

I really believe they thought he was going to work through it. 10-15 in a row is really bad but if he completed a few and got a rhythm he could finish the game like Arizona state. You can't really call to the bullpen mid-drive either so it goes from looking bad to horrific in a heartbeat.
